Camping And Caravanning In Watlington
White Mark Farm is a small, friendly and family-run camping and caravanning site situated in Watlington, within a quiet area of outstanding natural beauty.
The town of Watlington is the smallest in the country and was first recorded in 880AD. Still, it is a thriving town with several small shops and plenty of places to dine, including a fish and chip shop, Indian restaurant and three pubs within walking distance of the campsite. There is a small market three days a week selling local fruit and veg and one day a week you will also find a fine selection of fresh fish. In close proximity to the farm you will find buildings dating back to the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.
White Mark Farm is a Camping and Caravanning Club certificated site boasting views across the open Oxfordshire countryside. We have room for five caravans, motorhomes or campervans and up to 50 tents per night. The National Ridgeway Trail runs along the perimeter of the site and links to good walking and cycling routes in Watlington.
Those camping or caravanning with us are welcome to use our facilities. We have seven clean toilets with a hand basin and regularly replace the toilet paper, hand soap and hand towels. There are three showers and three sinks for dishwashing, all of which are plumbed with hot water. Again, we take responsibility for providing washing up liquid, scourers and brushes.
The communal amenities available to guests include a fridge and separate freezer, kettle, microwave oven, shaver point and plug sockets for hairdryers etc. There is also a Chemical Disposal Point for guests’ use.
If you are camping or caravanning in Watlington and planning to use White Mark Farm as a base, the City of Oxford is only 18 miles away. Windsor, Thorpe Park and Legoland are all within 35 miles of the site and, in between, you’ll also find the lovely town of Marlow. Henley is only 10 miles away.
